Web Designer

Reverb Music looking for a multi-talented addition to our team in a stable, growing music business. For over 20 years our flagship store, Chicago Music Exchange, has been successful in raising the bar for guitar and amp buyers. We love to blow customers away when they walk in. We aim to do the same online.

We need someone who knows a lot about designing effective eCommerce storefronts and pages, and can work within templates of an off the shelf platform, BigCommerce.  Is that you?

This is a cool job for someone who:

• Has a passion for music and technology
• Is comfortable in a non-corporate environment, less structured,
• Is hands-on, driven, does not require a lot of hand holding,
• Wants to be around music, guitars, and has some expertise

This position gives you a chance to work directly with the latest and coolest music gear, and work collaboratively with other people who are obsessed about music gear, guitars, amps, making music, and retail sales.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in web design and architecture.
• Clear understanding of retail environment, customers
• Sense of urgency that comes with a growing business.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
